Downward Dog
Sit on your heels, and lean forward onto your hands and knees. Straighten your legs, and let your head hang. Like a dog waking up from a long nap, stretch up towards your bottom and back towards your feet.
3 legged kicking Dog
From Downward dog lift your leg into the air as high as it can go, and kick your leg. Like a dog is trying to kick something off his leg
Tree
From mountain pose, lift your right foot to the inside of your left thigh. Lift both arms straight to the sky like branches of a tree.
Boat
Sit in Staff pose and bend your legs. Lift your feet off the ground and place your arms next to your legs. Now balance like a boat.
1/2 boat/ boat with oars
From Boat pose take your arms and place them softly behind your head. These are your oars. Now round your back so your are a little row boat and your feet and head are in a straight line.
Sun Salutation
Stand in mountain pose. Fold forward till your hands reach the floor. Step back into downward dog. Bring your knees to the floor into table top and lower your chest to the floor. Set your hands next to your chest and lift your chest as a cobra opens lifts it head. Now lift up to downward dog, step forward to bring your feet together and come back to mountain pose.

Lion pose
Sit in Staff pose. Bend your right knee and sit on your right foot with your toes pointing behind you. Bend you left knee and place your left foot under your right buttocks. Press your palms with fingers outspread on your knees.

King Cobra
Lay on your belly with the palms of your hand on the floor next to your side. Keep the elbows close to the body. Inhale and lift your trunk and chest like a snake. Once you have gotten a nice lift, press into your palms and lift your chest as high as your can. Lift your chest towards the ceiling and release your bead back. As you do this bend your knees and bring your feet towards your head.
Dancer pose
Stand in Mountain pose. Lift your left arm so it is parallel to the floor. Take your left foot towards your bottom and grab your ankle with your right hand. As you are working in effort to balance, notice how every part of your body is working on the same goal, to be the Lord of the Dancer pose.

child pose
From tabletop, sit on your heels and take your knees apart. Walk your hands forward till your chest is near the floor and you resemble a child in a mother’s womb.
boat
Sit in Staff pose and bend your legs. Lift your feet off the ground and place your arms next to your legs. Now balance like a boat.
half moon
From standing jump your feet wide and bend at the waist sideways, brining one arm to the floor. As the arm comes to the floor let the opposite foot start to floot up like the moon. Feel a little curve in your body from your head to your foot just like a curve in a half-moon.
rest
Lay down on your back. Rest for 2 minutes. You can count to 100 or skip count by 2’s, or even multiply in your head as high as you can. Then turn to your right side and sit up.
