Star

Start in Mountain pose and jump your feet wide and extend your arms to the side so your feet are as wide as your hands. Extend into each body part like a star shining in the night.


Moon Salutation

Begin in Mountain pose, reach up and over into Crescent Moon then step open into Horse satnce. Straighten your legs and spread your arms to come into Star Pose. Extend and bend from the hip to your right foot to be in Triangle pose and turn to face your right leg. Lengthen over your right leg into Intense Side Stretch. Bend the knee to Low Lunge and turn the torso to come into Side Lunge. Now shift the weight to the left side and come into Side Lunge, turn to Low Lunge. Straight the leg to be in Intense Side Stretch. Turn again to come into Triangle pose. Come up to Star pose, bend the knees and sit in Horse stance, extend the arms and straighten the legs and reach to Crescent moon and jump the legs back to Mountain pose.


Rabbit

Sit in Hero pose and grab your heels. Bring the crown of your head to the floor. As you rest in this pose imagine yourself just as round and fluffy as the back of a rabbit.


Butterfly- feet open

Sit tall in Staff pose and bring the soles of the feet together, like wings of a butterfly. Flutter the legs up and down to fly in the sky.

Rest- close eyes


Crescent Moon

Stand in Mountain pose and reach the arms up over head. Interlace the fingers and as your reach up towards the ceiling bend towards the right side of the body like the crescent moon you see in the sky.


Half Moon

From Mountain pose jump your feet wide and bend at the waist sideways, bringing one arm to the floor. As the arm comes to the floor let the opposite foot start to float up like the moon.


Star

Lay on your back

Crescent Moon

Stand in Mountain pose and reach the arms up over head. Interlace the fingers and as your reach up towards the ceiling bend towards the right side of the body like the crescent moon you see in the sky.

Knees to Hands


Half Moon

From Mountain pose jump your feet wide and bend at the waist sideways, bringing one arm to the floor. As the arm comes to the floor let the opposite foot start to float up like the moon.


Peanut Butter and Jelly

Come into Butterfly pose and bring your head towards your feet like you are eating a Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich

Crescent Moon

Come up to Star pose, bend the knees and sit in Horse stance, extend the arms and straighten the legs and reach to Crescent moon and jump the legs back to Mountain pose.
