From Tabletop arch the whole back and bring both the tip of the sacrum towards the ceiling and the top of the forehead to the ceiling

Place your palms on the floor and straighten your arms. Press your knees as high onto the back of your arms as your can. Shift your weight forward till your shoulders are over your palms. Your feet will lift off the ground, keep them close to your buttocks.
Cat: Kitten

Downward Dog: Dog
Sit in Childs pose. Straighten your legs, and let your head hang. Like a dog waking up from a long nap, stretch up towards your bottom and back towards your feet.

From Tabletop round the back and lengthen the tailbone towards the floor. Relax the head as you bring your chin towards the chest.

Run
Boat: Boat
Sit on the floor with your legs bent and feet near your buttocks. Lift your feet off the ground and straighten your legs. Bring arms straight next to your legs. Now balance like a boat on a lake.
Airplane: Airplane
Stand in Mountain pose, extend your arms like the wings of an airplane. Lift your back leg like the body of the plane and bend from the hip. Fly through the sky.

From Star pose, bring your arms up over your head and interlace your fingers like the roof of the house.

Eagle
From Mountain pose, bend slightly your arms and legs. Wrap your right leg around your left leg. Then wrap your left arm around your right arm, keep the hands straight. You look like an eagle circling a tree, look outwards to the sky like an eagle searching the ground.
