Rabbit

Sit in Hero pose and grab your heels. Bring the crown of your head to the floor. As you rest in this pose imagine yourself just as round and fluffy as the back of a rabbit.


Rag Doll

From Mountain pose, step your feet a little apart and bend at the waist. Relax the head, grab the elbows with the hands and relax the arms. Feel like a doll waiting to be picked up.


Ball

Sit in Garland pose Roll back till your sacrum lifts off the ground and roll back up to Garland pose. Repeat as many times as you would like.


Horse

Stand in Star pose and bring your hands in front of you. Bend your knees till they are over your ankles. Your legs and torso show the side profile of the horse.

From Mountain pose, step your feet a little apart and bend at the waist. Relax the head, grab the elbows with the hands and relax the arms. Feel like a doll waiting to be picked up.


Child

From Tabletop, sit on your heels and take your knees apart. Walk your hands forward till your chest is near the floor and you resemble a child in a mother’s womb.


Mountain

Stand straight and tall. Lift the bone in the center of your chest up like the peak of a mountain and raise your heart to shine over it like the sun peaking over the mountain. Move your arms to form the sides of the mountain. Be strong like a mountain.


Chair (2x)

Stand in Mountain pose. Lift your arms to the sky like you are holding onto the chains of a swing. Now keeping the lift of the arms, sit back onto the chair of the swing- it's lower than you think!


4 limbs pose

Lay on your belly and place your palms next to your chest and tuck your toes under, ready to stand on all four limbs on the floor. Now as stiff and straight as a staff push up and stay as long as you can.


Mountain arms up

Stand straight and tall. Lift the bone in the center of your chest up like the peak of a mountain and raise your heart to shine over it like the sun peaking over the mountain. Move your arms over your read reaching to the sky like the mountain peaks. Be strong like a mountain.

Stand in Mountain pose. Lift your arms to the sky like you are holding onto the chains of a swing. Now keeping the lift of the arms, sit back onto the chair of the swing- it's lower than you think!


House

From Star pose, bring your arms up over your head and interlace your fingers like the roof of the house.


Rest

Lay down on your back.


Rest to Boat

Lay down on your back. Lift your feet off the ground and straighten your legs. At the same time bring your torso up into Boat. Bring arms straight next to your legs. Now balance like a boat on a lake.


Rest

Lay down on your back.


Warrior 1

From Mountain pose jump your feet wide and then bend your right leg. Turn your body towards your bent leg and lift your arms into the air like a warrior stretching up to the sun pleading for guidance and strength.

Rest

Lay down on your back. Rest for 2 minutes. You can count to 100 or skip count by 2’s, or even multiply in your head as high as you can. Then turn to your right side and sit up.
