Beatbox and Yoga

How do you do to bring creativity and outside thinking into your classes? We often think of stories, games, songs, but what about sounds?

Beatboxing? It is considered vocal percussion and needs no additional instruments. Just some basic phrases. Outschool has some simple beatboxing classes you can take for $20 to get you started.

Once you get started with beatboxing it is hard to stop. My son, offscreen, is 8 and does it all day long.

Here are my kids doing yoga while their brother is keeping their beat.
