About

I graduated from BYU-Provo with a BA in Humanities I continued my love for cultures by becoming a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher within the USA. I have taught yoga for 7 years. I teach adults and children, including my own 3, and many school children around my town.

While raising a family, writing, and teaching yoga, I have been active in the Deaf community, and about 4 years ago co-founded a non-profit, ASL Junction, to help those who are hearing learn to appreciate what Deaf culture is able to give the community while giving room for the deaf to create new friendships. One of my greatest accomplishments is bringing yoga to the Deaf community.

I became a Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor Introductory II level in 2017.
