Playful Yoga is a Yoga learning and practice app made for kids. Instructions are written with kids in mind, illustrations depict children of the world, and music and meditations help calm the lives of those we love in our lives. Check out the app and always be ready for updates. There is a lot more coming to this app!
For Adults we have a Booking App. You can view what classes we have, when they are, sign up and pay for them all from your phone. We also have a community feature where you can talk and share pictures with others in the class. It a great way to get to know everyone at Read and Yoga.

All Ability Child Yoga
Yoga is for all abilities. Through one on one and small sessions we are able to give your child the attention they need to do yoga and see actual improvements in life.
Read and Yoga teaches children from 2 months - 18 years. While classes are arranged according to age groups and maturity, everyone learns yoga.
Adult yoga is meant for anyone over 18. It is taught by an Iyengar 1 certified Teacher and is perfect for everyone who is looking to start or continue their yoga practice.

While doing research for Yoga in Schools I found that yoga is not taken seriously till a child is 8 years old. But if we start teaching kids yoga in early age it will enhance their point of view towards life.
